In other news, I sucked it up and tried working in PS. It really isn't too difficult after awhile and I am getting used to where the tools are and everything. So even if I don't get my jasc program fixed, I will still be able to make pixel art - just nothing animated.
Does anyone know of any free, user friendly animation programs out there?

You could use a 30 day trial of Cosmigo Promotion, which is what I use, or simply use UNFreeze which simply pastes individual frames into an animated gif! :3
